Sticker Ordering Help / Tip:
Name of artwork file

Please enter the name of your artwork file in the following format:

Your Band / Company Name (or abbreviation); Short Description of what your image looks like; and File type (i.e. tiff, jpeg, ai, etc..).

example: band/companyname.description.filetype
Ublisch.FlamingSkull.tiff
Ublisch.NuallaLogo.jpeg

DO NOT name your file something vague like sticker.jpg, sticker.psd, scan.jpeg, etc. This creates problems trying to match up art to your order and can result in the order being delayed.

Please note! Once you've completed your order and checked out, the final invoice page will have instructions and links to upload your artwork to our server (if you have not already done so).

Sticker Ordering Help / Tip:
Verification of artwork

Please select the proper required answer for this question:

1.) "Yes, and it was approved" means that you have sent in your artwork to be verified and we've responded back to you with an approval on your artwork file.

2.) "Yes it was submitted to be verified" means that you have submitted artwork to be verified, but have not yet received a response back from us. We normally respond to most verification requests by the next business day, depending on the volume of requests we receive. Monday is normally our busiest day with verification requests (from numerous requests sent over a typical weekend) so it may be late in the day before you receive a response.

We will check out your artwork, and if it is accepted/approved, we will proceed with your order. We will send an email to let you know that the order is underway, with an expected ship date.

*If your artwork is not accepted or approved for printing, we will send an email to let you know what the problem is with your artwork. Your order will be put on hold - your payment will not be processed (credit cards will not be charged). Your order details will be sent over to our artwork verification department, and we will try to assist you in getting your artwork corrected, however it is your responsibility to provide proper artwork for printing. Artwork creation/recreation services are available for $50.00 an hour, with a 1 hour minimum charge.

3.) "No, I did not submit this file beforehand" means that you have not previously submitted your artwork to be verified. We will follow the same steps outlined in the *above section in regards to your order.

4.) "This is a REORDER of artwork that should be on file" means that you've ordered this sticker design before, and you want a reorder of the exact same design. We attempt to keep all sticker artwork on file for easy reordering, however not every file is available. If we can not locate your sticker artwork file, we will email you to ask if you can resend it to us so we can proceed.

Colors shown are an approximation of what the actual ink colors look like. Since colors displayed on monitors vary, the above colors are NOT GUARANTEED to exactly match product ink colors.

Custom PMS Ink Match
If your sticker artwork design requires a special ink color match that is not available in our Stock Ink Color list or if you have a specific PMS number for us to match to, you would indicate that here in this section on the ordering page.

PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, which is used by professional graphic artists & designers for matching specific colors. PMS numbers are available from an industry publication which is available to anyone for around $100 to $150. We use the Pantone Formula Guide (coated).

If you do not have an actual printed PMS book, you have two options:

1.) If color matching of your design is critical, then you should postal mail us a physical sample of the color that exactly matches what you want printed. Having the physical sample for us to compare to insures that the ink color we mix will match to the color you desire.
If you intend to postal mail a physical sample of the color for matching, please type "I WILL MAIL A COLOR SAMPLE FOR INK MATCHING" in this section.

2.) If you do not have a physical sample to mail to us, then the only option left is for us to match as best we can to the color(s) in the artwork file that appears on our monitor screen. Since computer monitor displays vary from one to another, the color we see on our screen may not exactly match what you see on your screen. We can not guarantee ink color matching based on visual reference on a computer monitor. We will strive to match as closely as possible. In cases where the color matching is not critical, this option is acceptable.
For this option, please type "PLEASE MATCH COLOR AS BEST YOU CAN".

Actual Sticker Size
The following sticker sizes are rounded up to the next 1/4" measurement for easier layout & cutting purposes:
4.25" x 1.38"

The sticker artwork templates available for download for these sizes have been created at the actual print sizes listed above as well.

The main reason why we list the smaller size stickers is because the above sizes have been common throughout the years with most vinyl sticker printing companies in the industry. We feel it is much easier to cut stickers in even measurements and 99.99% of the time our customers don't mind a slightly larger sticker for the same cost.

If your sticker artwork has been created at the smaller size and it is critical to your project that the stickers be cut at the exact smaller size, then please let us know. Please put this important information in the "Special Instructions" section on the ordering page.

Sticker Ordering Help Tip:
Dimensions of Custom Sticker Size
If you are ordering a custom size sticker, please enter the custom width & height measurements in this section of the ordering form. The measurements of the width and height must be in 1/4" (inch) increments (i.e. .25" / .50" / .75" / .00").

If you provide a measurement in any other fraction, we will round up the measurement to the next 1/4". For example if you supply the custom size of 5.62" x 3.40", we will round up the sticker size to 5.75" x 3.5" = 20.125 square inches, which falls into the 17.5 to 20.4 square inch range.
